Strawberries and blueberries help to improve brain focus and memory. Therefore, one should include berries in your regular diet to improve brain health. They are great to add to a protein smoothie in the afternoon.

The green vegetables contain vitamins that aid in brain functions. They are also said to reduce in brain cells aging. For these reasons, it is advisable always to make sure one eats vegetables with every meal. Optimally half of one’s plate should always be green leafy non-starchy vegetables. This adds fiber and slows the absorption of glucose into the bloodstream ensuring the cells receive nutrients in a steady efficient manner.
